Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device or display settings.
Product measurements and sizing information are provided to help you select the most suitable size. Where measurements are shown, we recommend comparing these with a similar item of clothing you already own.
Please check the relevant sizing information carefully before placing your order.
The fit of shooting vests and apparel may vary between styles and products.
Where possible, product pages will provide available sizing information or measurements.
If you are unsure about sizing, please contact Éireborn before ordering.
Éireborn is not required under Australian Consumer Law to provide a refund simply because a customer changes their mind, selects the incorrect size, no longer wants the product or finds the product cheaper elsewhere. (ACCC)
However, we understand that purchasing apparel online can sometimes make sizing difficult.
Where approved by Éireborn, we may offer an exchange for another available size provided that the item:

Any exchange remains subject to product availability.
Please carefully review the product description, dimensions and intended use before purchasing a shooting accessory.
Customers are responsible for checking that the product is suitable for their intended equipment and use.
Where you have specifically told Éireborn the purpose for which you require a product and relied on our advice, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law may apply if the product is not fit for that disclosed purpose. (ACCC)
Products must always be used in accordance with their intended purpose and any supplied instructions.
Please contact Éireborn as soon as reasonably possible if you believe your product is:
We may request photographs, information about the problem and proof of purchase so that we can assess the product.
A business is entitled to assess a product before providing a remedy. (ACCC)
Please do not continue using a product if continued use could worsen the fault or create a safety concern.
Where a product has a minor problem, Éireborn may choose to provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repairing the product or otherwise fixing the problem within a reasonable time.
For a minor problem, the business generally has the opportunity to fix the issue before the consumer can insist on a refund or replacement. (ACCC)
A product may have a major problem where, for example, a reasonable consumer would not have purchased the product had they known about the problem, the product is substantially unfit for its normal purpose and cannot easily be made fit within a reasonable time, or the product is unsafe.
Where a product has a major problem under the Australian Consumer Law, the consumer may generally choose between a refund or replacement. (ACCC)
Your rights depend on the individual circumstances and the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Products supplied by Éireborn must meet applicable consumer guarantees, including requirements relating to acceptable quality, matching descriptions and fitness for disclosed purposes. (ACCC)

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Consumer guarantees continue to apply to products purchased on sale or at a discounted price.
A customer's rights are not removed simply because an item was discounted or purchased during a sale. However, a remedy may not apply to a fault that was specifically disclosed to the customer before purchase. (ACCC)

For an approved change-of-mind or incorrect-size exchange that is not related to a product fault, the customer is responsible for return postage and any applicable delivery costs for the replacement product.

We currently supply customers throughout Australia.
Available shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
Orders are dispatched after payment has been successfully received and the order is ready for fulfilment.
Estimated delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by postal, courier, weather or other circumstances outside Éireborn's reasonable control.
Where a business cannot supply a paid product on time or within a reasonable time, Australian Consumer Law may require the business to provide an appropriate solution. Businesses should also give customers clear and accurate information about known availability or delivery delays. (ACCC)
If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
Please contact Éireborn immediately if you notice an address error.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.
Additional postage costs may apply where an order must be resent because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was supplied by the customer.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact Éireborn so we can review the available tracking information and assist with the delivery enquiry.
Delivery delays can sometimes occur for reasons outside a retailer's control. The ACCC notes that consumers should generally give a business the opportunity to provide a solution where unexpected delays arise from circumstances the business did not know about at the time of purchase. (ACCC)
We may request reasonable proof of purchase when assessing a return, exchange or consumer guarantee claim.
Acceptable evidence may include an order confirmation, receipt, payment record or other documentation that reasonably demonstrates the product was purchased from Éireborn.
