We stand behind the workmanship and materials used in our Éireborn shooting vests, which are essential pieces of clay shooting gear, and our shooting polos. This voluntary lifetime warranty offers repair or replacement support for qualifying manufacturing defects for the duration of product ownership by the original purchaser.

What lifetime means

Lifetime refers to the reasonable service life of the product as long as it is owned by the original purchaser. It does not imply the purchaser’s lifetime and excludes coverage for normal wear and tear or damage incurred through misuse, accidents, or improper care. The product’s age, usage, maintenance, and overall condition will be considered during any assessment.

What the warranty covers

- Failed, broken, or separating stitching caused by a manufacturing or workmanship defect.

- Zip or slider failure resulting from defective materials or assembly during normal use.

- Material failure, such as premature splitting, tearing, or separation during standard use that arises from a manufacturing defect.

- Other faults that Éireborn determines to be the result of defective materials or workmanship.

What the warranty does not cover

- Normal wear and tear, including gradual fading, abrasion, pilling, stretching, thinning, or worn pocket edges.

- Cuts, punctures, burns, snags, stains, chemical damage, or damage caused by pets, equipment, or sharp objects.

- Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, neglect, incorrect sizing, excessive loading, or use beyond the product’s intended purpose.

- Damage arising from washing, drying, ironing, storage, or cleaning that does not adhere to the provided care instructions.

- Alterations, embroidery, repairs, or modifications conducted by anyone other than Éireborn or an approved repairer, where these actions led to the failure.

- Cosmetic changes that do not impact the product’s functionality.

How we resolve an approved claim

Upon inspecting the product, Éireborn will assess whether to repair or replace it under this voluntary lifetime warranty. The decision will take into account the product’s age, condition, normal wear, repairability, and the nature of the defect. If the original product, color, or style is no longer available, the replacement may not be identical but will still be of comparable or superior quality and intended function. Please note that a replacement does not reset the lifetime warranty period.

Important: This repair-or-replace process applies to the voluntary Éireborn warranty and does not limit any remedy or choice available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
